Terms and Conditions
Charges for 'Casa Alta' (max occupancy 8 persons):
| Low season | (Jan, Feb, Nov, Dec): £200 sterling per week |
| Mid season | (Mar, Apr, May, Oct): £250 |
| High season | (June, July, Aug, Sep): £300 |
Additional days will be charged pro rata. Letting periods are flexible, so mid-week lets or long week-ends can be arranged; prices on application.
Prices include bed linen and towels and a Welcome Pack of food and drink.
Booking Conditions:
Booking Deposit 25% payable at the time of booking to secure the rental.
Balance payable no later than 8 weeks before the holiday commences.
Security Deposit: £100, payable with the final settlement (fully refundable within 14 days, once the keys have been returned and an inspection carried out for breakages).
Cleaning Charge 45 Euros payable on departure to the Key Holder for laundry and cleaning. If the letting is for 2 weeks, and a change of linen and cleaning is required after the first week, an additional 45 Euros will be required.
Time of arrival: not before 1 pm
Departure time: by 10.30 am
Suitability
Regrettably the house is not suitable for wheel-chair users, or for very young children (the marble staircase to the master bedroom might be a hazard, and the unsupervised swimming pool is 12 paces from the garden gate).
As the owners have a physical reaction to smoke and animal hair they regret that they cannot accept bookings from smokers nor can pets be accepted.
Observance of Community Rules
Guests are requested to observe the Community rules, noted in our Guide to the house, which relate to disposal of rubbish, consideration for other residents etc.
